q: how to stop hobos lookin in bins?
a: make the bins look better than them.
well this may not be that hard and in some cases already true, but all the same what some arty folk from somewhere have done, for the first time in my eyes if create something nice to look at, while at the same time serving a real purpose...
We have seen stencil wheelie bin art and people spray paint on everything but this is the first time ive seen installment at in the green lattice bins we find in the city. Go down swanston st. at night a look for the glowing bins gather around the warm diffuse glow like a good lil hobo artist.
dont know who put them there, dont know how long they'll be there. so got look at them before some lung cancer patient throws in a lit cigarette in them and burns them to the ground.
